CUSTOM ART:

If you would like an original piece created please contact us via the contact form.

 

RETURNS:

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on art prints at this time. All art print sales are final. Please contact the store directly if you have any issues with t-shirt orders. 

 

DAMAGED ART PRINTS:

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email rashad@ramcreates.com to give us your order information and photos of the damaged artwork.

Step 2 – Save original packaging!

Step 3 – A RAM Creates support representative will contact you to discuss next steps. We do not offer full refunds for damaged art prints (some exceptions will apply). 

 

SHIPPING:

We offer FREE shipping only on all art print purchases made in the US. Upgraded shipping options are not available. Once shipped, most orders take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days to arrive.

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders placed outside the US yet. We are working diligently with our supplier to make this a possibility. We ask for your patience.
